I feel like I'm plateauing because I'm still hovering at this 10 lbs down marker but my period being so irregular and crazy lately means I have no idea what's going on with my weight. At least I'm not gaining?
my pants still feel bigger so I'm definitely embracing that win. I put my phone in my pocket last weekend and it dragged my pants down.
finally got my classes registered! Now to finish working out financing, but that's a huge load off my shoulders, since being in limbo was literally the worst.
I did like zero tags today because I was kind of hyper focused on physical and mental health but I'm hoping to make up for it tomorrow. :c
This week has been a bit of a mess on this front. Backsliding into issues that I'd long thought dealt with and really struggled to stay positive. On one hand I feel like it was a bad choice to step back from being social because it's a bad habit I have been trying to break. On the other hand I think it was needed because I wasn't dealing well so. 6 of one, half a dozen of the other.
Positives?
Stayed on track food wise despite high stress and an overwhelming desire to eat my body weight in chocolate.
Stood up for myself which I don't do enough.
Was smart enough to take my time with things instead of making rash decisions.
+ managed to get a cake last minute for my birthday party + cleaned the whole house for the party + gmed and killed 2 of my players, almost 3 + made plans to meet up with a coworker tomorrow to get on the same page for the year + drank enough water to not get a hangover despite drinking so much i climbed on my roof + over 100 tags this week
