Sunday

  • 30 minutes Cardio
  • Sleep was considerably better today but it was aided so, both good and bad.
  • Tracked all food for the day
  • Came in under calories
  • Water intake: 1 ltr
  • Tags... still hardcore struggled with a desire to even look at my inbox let alone tag.
  • Introed Lexi to Eway (My one RP achievement)
  • Mental health-wise, started out shaky, ended better so that's a start.
