  • Tracked food every day
  • No skipped meals

    Weekend Weigh-In: Lost 6 lbs.

    Mental Well-Being

    This week has been a bit of a mess on this front. Backsliding into issues that I'd long thought dealt with and really struggled to stay positive. On one hand I feel like it was a bad choice to step back from being social because it's a bad habit I have been trying to break. On the other hand I think it was needed because I wasn't dealing well so. 6 of one, half a dozen of the other.

    Positives?

  • Stayed on track food wise despite high stress and an overwhelming desire to eat my body weight in chocolate.
  • Stood up for myself which I don't do enough.
  • Was smart enough to take my time with things instead of making rash decisions.
