This may be all I do today because movie date with Emma but after failing on the exercise front the past couple days, I'm considering it an achievement.

♥ Calorie goal made both days though! ♥ Survived an inlaw visit all day Sunday. Snuck in some tags here and there where time permitted ♥ Made my step goal on Sunday, but that was mostly from my frantic cleaning session in the morning. Still counting it.
♥ checked in every day! ♥ didn't lose weight, but maintained under my monthly goal weight! ♥ worked out all 7 days! ♥ logged food every day! ♥ turned in giant projects for college and presented one of them and it went great ♥ manned up and started doing things to begin job search ♥ read about 170 more chapters of bleach... ♥ got out of horrible mortgage lateness debt
♥ walked a million miles at work ♥ had a super light lunch ♥ 3 sets of ironclad abs (2 min breaks or less) ♥ came home and started homework right away/finished what i wanted to get done tonight ♥ hung out with karen and watched a lot of bleach and it was a nice mental vacation that i needed after working for 2 weeks in a row ;; so happy ♥ made calorie goal

NEGL. Today has been the laziest day ever but also, a much needed lazy day? Next week will be busy and full of assorted unpleasantness so I made a point of trying to take some time out just for me to exist and relax. IDK if tagging all day counts as existing and relaxing but still. It's pretendy fun times and not cleaning my house from top to bottom!

haven't seen any weight loss this week but I've been regular with my activity and tracking all my food, staying under calorie goal or very close each day! I just had a period that lasted like two full weeks so I know that's throwing things off, I'm looking forward to weighing again in the middle of this week.
made some major personal goals with activity this week + checked in every day!
did Sunday brunch with the fam, tracked all of it + coffee from Dunkin that Steve bought me on the way to taking him to work
cleaned my kitchen
put together an RP TDL for whenever my head clears enough to make things happen
feeling better than yesterday but getting on the bike miiight be pushing it? I think I will try to hop on for at least ten minutes later just to keep it in the routine but we'll see how I feel
Steve wants to go to Sonic after I get him from work so I am trying to plan ahead re: my calories and what to order so I don't go nuts and go over even while we are having a splurge. No matter how delicious it would be, no bacon double cheeseburger.
Saturday →→ Slept until like 2pm wooooo it was great →→ Gave feedback to everyone in my first section, and didn't force myself to sit and do it in an uncomfortable place all in one go. Allowed myself to finish the other section tomorrow. →→ Ate pretty okay! I'm trying to listen to my body when it's hungry and what it is hungry for and try to make healthier choices based on that, and so far it's going okay. Turns out if you eat one thing and then wait a bit you can actually realize you don't want any more than that, haha :T →→ Ran for 30 minutes on the elliptical while half listening to my guilty pleasure podcast and half marveling at how two different channels were showing Pixar things at the same time (one of which must've been a Monster's Inc short I've never heard of???) but it was great because I got to work out with Mr. Incredible
This is working for me too re: listening to my body! Haha, I've been training myself not to feel bad for throwing things out when I stop because I am satisfied...
walked 11,000 steps today!!! watched game of thrones w friends finished sanding my coffee table welcomed my dad back from afghanistan ran a six-hour pathfinder session that put us through ch 2 of ROTRL
OH AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: BOUGHT THE FABRIC FOR MY REY COSTUME. IT'S GONNA BE SO GOOD.
+ attended teacher job fair + submitted app for Caitlin Snow at eudio (and was accepted) + went to Olive Garden and didn't eat pasta + 20 minutes on exercise bike
ALSO ALSO MY NEPHEW IS FINALLY CRAWLING AND IT'S THE CUTEST FUCKING THING EVER
Sunday + spent 10 hrs in a car (5hrs one way) to hang with a friend + ate almost healthy (waffle fries were a weakness) + came home and legit just slept until now
