put together an RP TDL for whenever my head clears enough to make things happen
feeling better than yesterday but getting on the bike miiight be pushing it? I think I will try to hop on for at least ten minutes later just to keep it in the routine but we'll see how I feel
Steve wants to go to Sonic after I get him from work so I am trying to plan ahead re: my calories and what to order so I don't go nuts and go over even while we are having a splurge. No matter how delicious it would be, no bacon double cheeseburger.
I'm not gonna lie I exercised extra today (in like ten min increments) so I could eat whatever I wanted at Sonic tonight but the point is I stayed under my calories by doing so
took a ten minute walk after dinner, which I have been meaning to get into the habit of because I want to build my strength up again!
Thank you! I like wound up feeling surprisingly good late in the day yesterday so aside from sore throat and my ears bugging me I felt a TON better, probably because I was aggressive about taking supplements as soon as I realized my bosses were sick. :x Excited though, I felt so awful on Saturday that I was really worried about losing momentum.
