Saturday
→→ Slept until like 2pm wooooo it was great
→→ Gave feedback to everyone in my first section, and didn't force myself to sit and do it in an uncomfortable place all in one go. Allowed myself to finish the other section tomorrow.
→→ Ate pretty okay! I'm trying to listen to my body when it's hungry and what it is hungry for and try to make healthier choices based on that, and so far it's going okay. Turns out if you eat one thing and then wait a bit you can actually realize you don't want any more than that, haha :T
→→ Ran for 30 minutes on the elliptical while half listening to my guilty pleasure podcast and half marveling at how two different channels were showing Pixar things at the same time (one of which must've been a Monster's Inc short I've never heard of???) but it was great because I got to work out with Mr. Incredible

Yeah! It's funny because I've always been a slow eater and you definitely hear people talk about how you can avoid overeating by being more mindful of the actual act, but I think the problem I've always had is like, stopping and taking a break-- which is a lot harder when I feel guilty about not finishing something I've bought/made.

Also since I've been doing myfitnesspal I've realized just how much you can eat if you choose healthy stuff lol. I knew that but it's still interesting to see how like, having salad and fruit for lunch means I can have a pretty loose dinner
