June Review + Check-In

  

Remember, we're not here to beat ourselves up over our failures, but to celebrate our successes! With that in mind, please leave a comment on this post letting us know which June goals you accomplished, and also go back through the month and count up your longest consecutive run of substantial check-ins you had in a row (remember, "I did nothing"s don't count! a check-in should include at least one thing that you did that was positive that day). Round down to the nearest number of consecutive weeks you checked in, and then leave that number in bold at the bottom of your comment to earn your XP! Please also indicate how you would like that XP to be divvied up among your characters.  The first week of June we started late, so those first few days are freebies!

Check in for 1 week straight = 250xp
Check in for 2 weeks straight = 500xp
Check in for 3 weeks straight = 750xp
Check in for the entire month daily = 1000xp!

Health & Fitness
✔ check in every day
✔ lose 5 pounds (current weight = 153, goal = 148). [Finished up at 148.8 but I'm counting it!]
✔ walk or run 4 times a week [Met or exceeded weekly!]
♥ exercise 2 days a week [combined this with above]
x only one pop a day [Cut back pop substantially tho]
x more dinners at home
✔ start logging calories again [all but 2 days]
✔ attend physical therapy 3 times a week
x better care of my teeth
✔ grow nails long enough to get a manicure

Life/Adulting
x get a haircut [but scheduled for next month]
✔ deep clean the apartment [started]
✔ solve ant problem
✔ renew teaching license
✔ clean out the fridge
x go through and donate some clothes to goodwill

Overall, I'm satisfied. Even the things I failed at, I generally made progress. Going to make less goals next month.
