It's that time again! A new year, a clean slate. Stretch yourself to add a new goal or two this month if you want, or just double down on some you might have fallen short on last month.

Remember to both challenge yourself, and be realistic so that you're not just setting yourself up for failure! And remember, just checking in can net you XP, whether you wind up meeting all your goals or not. ♥

WRITING/RP:

» Word count goal for the month: 17,618.
» Focus on a game a night, clearing an inbox and boomeranging responses. Try to clear inbox once a month.
» 7 PSL logs a week.
» Enter fandomweekly challenges and vote.
» Do GYWO challenges.

HEALTH:

» Balance my meals with fruits and veggies so that I can give my pancreas a break.
» Take my meds like I'm supposed to (metformin 2x a day, iron supplement 1x a day).
» Go to sleep at 11:30 on the nights I have to go to Wayne.

MENTAL HEALTH:

» Schedule some friend time so you don't go crazy.
» Try and keep up with TV week to week.
» CritRole dates? Maybe? One day?
» Finish Parasite.
