February Goals

february 2017 goals post
It's that time again! A new year, a clean slate. Stretch yourself to add a new goal or two this month if you want, or just double down on some you might have fallen short on last month.
Examples of possible goals can be found here.
Remember to both challenge yourself, and be realistic so that you're not just setting yourself up for failure! And remember, just checking in can net you XP, whether you wind up meeting all your goals or not. ♥

√ do some sort of workout as often as possible - squats, a few extra sets of stairs, whatever - eventually work up to walking outside when it's warm enough and my body can handle it
