+ walked with the dog around my parents property 4x (it's 5 acres of land) + continued my gluten free/low-fat/low-carb diet + plans to use the treadmill at my parents house while I'm here

♥ bought a bunch of groceries to prepare for being on a diet/eating at home more! did things like buying healthier snacks, buying foods to stretch myself (I'm super picky so this is huge) including yogurt..., buying lower cal sodas in smaller cans to help manage portion sizes while still letting myself have some
♥ forced myself to go out to a social occasion with friends tonight! I haven't done that in like three months, bc I've been a ball of sad anxiety

This weekend I went geocaching in downtown Phoenix so I racked up close to 9k steps on Saturday. Clocking in at only 2,700 today but considering I am still suffering the ill effects of heat exhaustion from yesterday, I'll take it. Friday I was lagging a little behind but that inspired my choice of Sat activities.
I ate 3 meals both Sat/Sun, 4/6 of which were at home. On Friday I also chose to eat in when I had the option of going out for dinner with the bf.
I took my meds as prescribed today and Friday. Not beating myself up for forgetting Sat night since I was hella sick.
