    ♥ 3!!! sets (1 1/2 minute breaks) of leg day workout!

    ♥ walked for like at least 6 hours at work

    ♥ started logging my food and exercise again on MFP and was under calorie goal

    ♥ bought a bunch of groceries to prepare for being on a diet/eating at home more! did things like buying healthier snacks, buying foods to stretch myself (I'm super picky so this is huge) including yogurt..., buying lower cal sodas in smaller cans to help manage portion sizes while still letting myself have some

    ♥ forced myself to go out to a social occasion with friends tonight! I haven't done that in like three months, bc I've been a ball of sad anxiety

    ♥ read fifty pages of le morte d'arthur

    This weekend I went geocaching in downtown Phoenix so I racked up close to 9k steps on Saturday. Clocking in at only 2,700 today but considering I am still suffering the ill effects of heat exhaustion from yesterday, I'll take it. Friday I was lagging a little behind but that inspired my choice of Sat activities.

    I ate 3 meals both Sat/Sun, 4/6 of which were at home. On Friday I also chose to eat in when I had the option of going out for dinner with the bf.

    I took my meds as prescribed today and Friday. Not beating myself up for forgetting Sat night since I was hella sick.

    Successfully had a second Pathfinder session in a row! Which is big news because I went like 3 months failing at GMing.

    Drank lots of water.

    Tried and laughably failed to have sex because I was too sore from Fri/Sat's workouts. Which, you know, feels productive.

    And did tags for the first time this weekend.
