november 2016 goals post

It's that time again! A new month, a clean slate. Stretch yourself to add a new goal or two this month if you want, or just double down on some you might have fallen short on last month.

Remember to both challenge yourself, and be realistic so that you're not just setting yourself up for failure! And remember, just checking in can net you XP, whether you wind up meeting all your goals or not. ♥

i'm gonna go back to just a couple b/c i am just not doing well overall with goal meeting

♥ lose 3 pounds (current=133, goal=130)
♥ check in at least once a week
♥ take care of myself emotionally
♥ focus on my new job
♥ more dinners at home
