>13/20 up before 7 >rp sesh was a little productive in terms of at least i did it despite the handful of tags that i got out of it wink wonk ~12/20 going to bed immediately sob got into bed at 10:30 but i didn't attempt sleep until about 11 (possibly better bc i woke up naturally around 6)
+ 1500 words of revising my novel + outlined 3.5 chapters for nanowrimo in detail + graded a shit ton + got my annual vagina exam + made breakfast burritos for the next two mornings and froze them + many tags
+ logged food all day, under calorie goal + weighed in and was down .4 lbs so I am moving in the right direction again + water intake good + sleep good + School: math for days, health & science reading + RP: 15+ tags, including mission tags + WoW: world quests
- some temporary physical limitations are making it hard to get back to the activity goal I set for myself but I've been trying to sneak in more stairs & active housework where I can to make up for it. :/ Hoping my knees and muscles will be kinder to me the next couple of days so I can get back on the bike because I need it.
