DAILY ❄ start doing this check in thing ❄ at least half a bottle of water each day or the equivalent while at work. ❄ start exercising at least more than when i'm at work or walking on campus. ❄ get to bed by midnight when not working my swing shifts. ❄ do at least five tags daily. make them game tags and different characters when possible. ❄ do at least a bit of homework each day so i'm not rushing on sundays.
WEEKLY ❄ don't go out to eat more than once a week. ❄ study dates with ruby or texting her about how much homework sucks. ❄ put work money in my accounts. split between savings and spending money at least with a 10/90 split. ❄ try and do graduate school research once a week. ❄ weekly tag count should be 35 at least, sticking to bare minimum. ❄ don't let myself get super behind on my tv watching stares at dvr
MONTHLY ❄ read at least two books this month. ❄ pick up as many shifts as i can. ❄ continue asking for updates on job situation and moving up so to speak. ❄ limit treating myself to when i truly need it. ❄ register when i need to treat myself or give myself a break. ❄ allow myself to add things that might not be on this list to my check-ins for potential pick me ups if i felt as if i failed everything on my goals for the day. also called thank heavens i did at least this one thing.
