tracked food for the rest of the day, went slightly over calories but trying not to beat myself up about it.
added up all of my housekeeping and other activity for the day, it wound up being pretty substantial! walked up and down the block @ work while waiting for my kids to get off the bus despite not feeling well.
got diet soda with dinner when Steve and I went out to run errands instead of a regular one because I am trying very hard not to drink my calories.

Hey guys! I'm Kelsey. Christine told me about this and I thought I'd join in since I've been trying to do similar self care/improvement stuff lately.
☆ I did the third day of blogilates beginner videos! It's actually getting easier which tbh after the first day I wasn't expecting. It's hard to do some of the moves in the limited space I have in my room, though.
☆ Had healthy(ish) meals and tracked them and was well under my goal for calories so I...had three brownie bites and am still under as of right now!
☆ Posted plotting for an eway event!
☆ Called my mom to vent about a thing
☆ Am about to try to go to bed earlyish so tomorrow morning is doable!
caught up on grading! read about 100 pages of crime & punishment cleared all non-smut tags in my inbox wore my wonder woman onesie to school/work ok that deserves to be here
+ started to handle the minor work crisis my boss accidentally created + got my inbox to below 50 - most are meme / psl + made plans to help the folks with yard work tomorrow & bring my dad blueberry donuts + knew my limits with easy shift - because the 1 shift I submitted might not even get approved and it was too much work for too little pay so I cancelled the other two shifts instead of wasting time/gas driving to them. + only took 2 pain pills today and that was for the headache that won't die not for the hand sized bruise on my thigh from falling the other day. + ate healthy - yay
-walked 7765 steps -thurs is our busy day so both kids at school at different times, plus ymca -survived the day despite baby unfortunately skipping her nap, which means i didn't get mine either -read more bleach
