ASHLEY

Health
-Cook more often/less fast food - a little?
-Try not to eat entire meals after 8pm
-Keep up with medication/therapy - switching things up but yes
-Finish reading The Body Keeps the Score
-Lose 4 lbs
-Work out classes twice a week

Real Life
-Sell off the rest of my baby stuff - most of it
-Put together Naomi's new bed, get her to sleep in it - omg!
-Start getting rid of bottles - DONE, thrown away

Hobbies
-10 tags a day
-Finish futuro!finn app and eway!undyne app - decided not to app undyne, for the best
-Start tracking activity in those two games
-FFXIV: Level Derelial to 30, get her to Dragoon, Level another one or two to 20, get through first dungeons - got one to 20 and another to 15ish, counting it
-Start one of the games in my library.
-Finish Stranger Things with Shawn

lol i wanted to do check-ins and then only did the first day whoops. mental health slipped a bit but i'm working on it. let's see if i can do better this month~
