DAILY ⟶ drink water, any amount ✗ i started off great and then dwindled as time went on, but i've also been less dehydrated so ⟶ eat during the day ✗ mostly succeeded, but there were a few days where i just forgot to eat period so :/ ⟶ at least thirty minutes of yoga ✓ i did great the first three weeks but then i hurt my back and had to take a break. ⟶ at least ten minutes of stretching for wrist ✗ also did great during the start of the month when my wrist was hurting pretty bad but once it stopped hurting, i also stopped stretching it
⟶ at least ten tags a day; not including same thread boomerangs ✓ kicked but almost every day! there were a few days when i worked late and didn't manage all ten, but i got nirvana a bunch throughout the month so setting the small goal and achieving it repeatedly i think helped my motivations.
WEEKLY ⟶ exotic friend date with matt & todd ✓ SO MANY ⟶ get out of the house with emily on days off ✓ we did good, but then em got her new job (she's the bomb.com) and our days off do not coincide, but we still got out of the house a few times ⟶ keep bedroom cleaned & keep on top of laundry ✓ less on top of laundry, but it's not too bad and it's not getting out of control
⟶ keep tracking updated ✓ fully updated at least once a week, and i kept on top of updating when i started new threads
MONTHLY ⟶ do not spend money on clothes/frivolities ✗ it was at least under $20 total for the month and underwear is a basic human right
⟶ at least one bit of new cr per person ✓ so much new cr, i'm really proud of it.
