♥ did one set of pirate workout despite my period starting ♥ was glad to see that it had b/c my weight plateaued this weekend and now i know why ♥ refusing to let myself step on a scale for the next 4 days b/c it'll throw my weight all off ♥ didn't quite make calorie count but i didn't binge like i wanted to ♥ made an appointment to deal with arrangements for when my grandma dies ♥ paid off 45% of my credit card debt today!!!!!!!!!!!! ♥ spent a significant amount of time with my mom and it went fine ♥ called my aunt ♥ buried myself in reading bleach which i am counting towards my book total every time i finish a volume so i'm almost done with my book goal for the month now
√ i got an important tag done and it might be the only thing i can manage √ rl errands √ kept calm and carried on √ a couple of tags, including event things

I've been a taxi all day but still been eating regular meals and tracking food!
got a grilled chicken sandwich & side salad at lunch despite temptation since mom wanted to go to Burger King for lunch after her appointment.
came home, did 10 mins/2.25 miles on the stationary bike, logged exercise.
weighed in this morning and I am down another two pounds! That works out to about a half a pound a day since we started; I know I typically drop several pounds quickly and then slow way down so I am mentally preparing myself not to be discouraged when I even out and let the jumpstart be encouraging instead!
Going out to dinner with dad & bro tonight and I am already mentally preparing myself to not beat myself up for ordering what I want. Self, it is okay to get what you want. Going to stick to my no soda rule though!

got dates confirmed for vacation in May, put in hiatus at Eway early to plan ahead.
getting things in order to run away/go out of state this weekend for a mental health mini-vacation since I need one so bad, BFF weekend is overdue and necessary.
tracked food for the rest of the day, including dinner out, was over my calorie goal for the day but only by a small margin
- 100% caught up on grading again/still (that's 20 essays & 5 video projects today) - went to the grocery store - doing all my laundry - cleaned my dishes & straightened the house before opening my laptop - did my workout (3 sets of pirate workout, 2 min rests) while cooking when i first opened my laptop
♥ Thoroughly cleaned my kitchen this morning, counted that as my daily workout. ♥ Made an awesome stir fry for dinner and had healthy meal options all day. ♥ Logged all my meals and stayed under my cals. Have managed to keep up with this for a week straight now! :D
+ met my mom to help her do her weekly grocery shopping. I am the ibotta/cartwheel/coupon girl + didn't eat super healthy, but I didn't eat a lot either ;; + it was just a weird day
Met the daily step goal. Walked to get lunch. Got a soda but only drank half of it. Medicine morning/night. Received my new medication in the mail so now I have to also remember to use that 2x a day lmao. Starting this on Tuesday though.
