Exercise at least twice a week: Either daily routine or going for a walk. ~ Less great in the first half of the month. Awesome in the second half of the month.
Stay social, even when having a strugglebus day. ~ Yeah no this was a pretty big fail to be honest. For various reasons.
Continue the great Bleach read of 2016. Target: Chapter 100 (at least). ~ N O P E. I did read other things but I fell down on Bleach things.
Drink more water. This is something I am awful at so I want to make myself accountable by tracking intake. ~ Check

Second Half of the Month
30 minutes of low impact Cardio every day. ~ Check!
Stick to eating plan (Combo of meal replacement shakes & healthy meals/no carbs.) ~ Check!
No skipping meals. ~ Rocked at this for the first time... almost in my life okay. I always skip meals.
Resist the urge to weigh myself daily. Keep it to once a week/fortnight. ~ ... Does it count if I succeeded at this mostly because the batteries in my scales died?
Try to up water intake to 1-2 litres a day. ~ I've sucked at this the last few days but overall, my water intake was awesome.
Reduce coffee intake to no more than 3 cups a day. ~ Managed to keep this to 2 cups most days but there were at least a couple that I went over three.
