While I originally managed to get as low as 138, vacation back-pedaled me a bit. That's fine though, because I still ended the month at 142, which constitutes a five pound loss across June! Which is insane!
x exercise 6 days a week
Week 1 = 7 days Week 2 = 4 days Week 3 = Was very sick so just stuck to planks and walking at work Week 4 = 2 days Being sick kind of kicked this one in the nuts again
x take walks 5 days a week at least while school is still in session (first half of june), alternating in running
Week 1 = Walked 2 days, but not counting it b/c I had rehearsals all week Week 2 = 3 days despite being sick Week 3 = Just walked at work, too sick Week 4 = Picked walking back up, 2 days Again, being sick blows
x once i switch over to working retail, planning on changing to stopping at the prangley family gym on the way home from work to use the exercise bike since I won't want to be on my feet after long shifts
lmao and then I got sick so all exercise plans flew out the window
Kept plank challenge up all month! Didn't miss any of it! Increased my plank time from 1 minute to 2 min 30 sec across the month!
x no more than 1 pop a day max
While I didn't do this EVERY day, I think I cut the number of days that I cheated and drank more down to a week or less total out of the month, which is still a lot of cutback!

Life/Adulting: x spend at least 20 minutes 3 days a week working on job search related things ✓ revamp resume ✓ get new letters of rec ✓ talk to rita about being a reference ✓ new references ✓ make a bookmark folder of places to check for job postings ✓ apply apply apply apply once i can - get interview advice - pick out interview outfits - maybe put together a portfolio or webpage
While I certainly didn't make the 3 days a week every week goal, I ACCOMPLISHED SO MUCH just by aiming for it???? Like more than I done in literal years, and I'm so proud of myself.
