Guys. Guys, I've been REALLY slacking the last week or so. Trying to climb back up on the horse, but it is so tough sometimes. Here goes!
+ Brought my lunch to work & ate it (often I still end up going out for lunch even when I bring one, which is a waste of both food & money) + Made dinner for my parents, rather than ordering us all a pizza (tbf, I made philly steak sandwiches which were only SLIGHTLY better for us...bit better is better) + Went for a walk with my hubby this evening + Stayed home to hang out with the hubby after our walk instead of meeting friends at the bar for drinks at 9:30. + In bed at a reasonable time!
