♥ diet: slimfast for lunch ♥ weight: woke up at 21 pounds down!!!! ♥ social: hung out with kate after work and got my very first manicure ever as a reward for having nails :D And we went to dinner and hung out and worked on her KOL stuff, it was v fun and relaxing ♥ rp: i will hit 10 tags very soon ♥ job search: one of my other references got back to me about using her! ♥ plank challenge: plank increased from 1 min 30 sec to 2 min 3 sec! ♥ only one pop
-made sleep goal after nap -walked 5118 steps -plank challenge : 2:27 - up 36 seconds from last week! -gonna do some tags before bed -made my therapy consultation appt for tomorrow -cooked fried rice for lunch

Um... yeah pretty sure my calories got blown cause somebody shoved a coke and a chocolate bar in front of me after my nightmare shopping trip.

Decided against adding said coke & chocolate bar to my tracking cause I didn't need the bad feels that would go with seeing how much it might have blown my calories.
No skipped meals
Had a really horrendous night BUT the key thing in it being. Took no shit. Everyone is okay and I refuse to let this set me back emotionally again.
That said... can 2017 just be 18 months long? We'll ring in the New Year on July 1st. Y/N/Cake?!
+ Logged all my food & drink. Totally went WAY over for calories, but...cheat day. + Got a bunch of stuff purchased/taken care of for summer programming at work. + Found out my summer class student list so I can start planning!!! Already making headway. :D + Still holding steady at 192lbs., even after a naughty weekend. + 60+oz of water. Down from goal/normal, but better than this past weekend! + Got to hang out with Arden. Got a manicure, awesome dinner, help with my KOL app, quality time with a good friend, and AMAZING support from someone I admire. ❤️ + Spent some time with the hubby. + Met sleep goal, and in bed on time.
