-met sleep goal after a 2 hour nap -walked 6260 steps -read a dozen or so chapters of bleach -...managed mission tags (lol all 2 of them or smth) -started family dinners with shawn: watched the kids while he cooked, had a sit down dinner, spent time together til kiddos bedtime. it was actually really nice and we're gonna try to do it mon/wed/fri -plank challenge day 8: plank 5x, shorter breaks
