-Tracked all my food & drink -Drank 96oz of water -Spent the day walking during most of my performance -Got a full 7 hours of sleep (tho I could have used at least 7 more...) -SURVIVED BOTH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY. That is a major accomplishment in and of itself.
