♥ started my day with 3 sets of the cake is a lie workout on the post (minus climbers, b/c of my arm), with 2 minute breaks. exhausting, but my body protested a lot less than sat/sunday. listening to glados threatening to kill me was actually v inspiring
♥ did a deep clean of the living room (trying to get through one room a day on spring break)
This weekend was mostly devoted to keeping the in-laws from imploding with their drama. But I was also able to do for myself:
♫ More Improvement with PT on Back ♫ Got all the items to start my gardens (Food, Flower). And when I say start, I mean my in-laws start it for me so they have something to do (it's how they are earning their rent). ♫ Finally got my rope swing chair hung up on the tree ♫ Put my laundry away (this is a big think, k?) ♫ oh, up to 12,783 words written for the year so far (monthly update)
I am still writer's blocked, but I'm making a gameplan for May 1 when the in-laws have moved out to regain my life in aspects of schedule, exercise and cooking. So yes. This will be my goal.
feel free to use it! finding at least one good thing about my day really helps me when things are rough because at least there's that one thing that proves that everything isn't awful. it's the little things, you know?

Went to the gym!!! 2.5 miles on the elliptical and some arm stuff for weight lifting. Tracked all of my food! I went over my points for the day but I tracked it!
Otherwise no exercise or any mental health stuff since I am super sick and stayed in bed all day. :c Although I finished Fire Emblem: Fates. That's good for mental health, right? >.>
Made/packed my lunch today (that's half of my goal). Took my meds in the morning and the evening. Yay side effects. Currently at over 3,000 steps despite spending most of the day chained to my desk at work or driving.
♥ Stayed under calorie goal. ♥ Almost made my step goal. ♥ Two loads of laundry and thorough cleaning of the kitchen. ♥ Cleared one game inbox and did all tag-ins. ♥ Invented a Wonderland-themed bar menu with custom-named mixed drinks. :D
