It's been a rough week mentally but I still managed to get through it and hopefully next week will see an improvement.

Checked-In Every day

Didn't do the exercises 3 times BUT did go for a walk that many times. Low impact needed on account of being sick D:

Managed not to skip any meals, even if it was just to eat something small.
