♥ 3 sets of Frost workout (2 min rest) iT STARTED OFF SO NICE AND EASY AND THEN BY SET THREE I WAS LIKE NOOO also I probably looked drunk trying to keep my balance doing the back kick + side leg raises ♥ under calorie goal! ♥ survived 3-4 hours with my parents over by myself which is HUGE for me ok ♥ finished my grad school hw goal for the day! ♥ did several loads of laundry
