Social things were... just awful. My greatest achievement was managing to bite my tongue at somebodies atrocious behavior. I need a day off from shitty people.
Sleep continues to be a struggle but getting enough to get by and things should improve soon
On a positive note, I picked up a couple of bottles of water and took them out with me so water intake was a lot better today.
Still managing to check in every day despite everything going on
